Photo Essay: Guanajuato, Mexico

Photo Essay: Guanajuato, Mexico

We spent almost two weeks in Guanajuato, Mexico. We decided to stay once we found Escuela Falcon- a Spanish Language school that made it super easy to walk in, and start classes the next day. We met some great new friends, and fell in love with wandering the streets and callejones (pedestrian alleys that twist wonderfully through the city). I cannot say enough about this small city, so I’ll let the photos (hopefully) inspire you to visit.

This is where we parked our van and lived for the duration of our stay.

An early morning run up to El Pipila- incredible views of the city from here!

Bride and groom. I told my husband if we ever have a ceremony to renew our vows, that’s what he’s wearing.

Escuela Falcon. I recommended this school to anyone looking to learn Spanish. They also arrange home stays, volunteer opportunities, guided walks through the city, and connect you to other travels also wanting to learn.
